- Condominiums at the same resort, such as MeadowRidge, Silverado II, Snowblaze or Trademark
- Condominiums with same proximity, such as Zephyr Mountain Lodge and Founder's Pointe at the base of Winter Park Resort or Kicking Horse, Mountainside at SilverCreek, Base Camp One at the base of SolVista Basin ski area (Granby rentals)
- Homes that sleep 12-16 people, such as Dakota House, Solar Palace, and Rendezvous Cabin.
- Homes that are located in the same neighborhood (and on the shuttle route!), for example House at Elk Run and Dakota House.
