GUEST RATING click to view the accommodations were great, the hold family had a good time. Great skiingFor the price, we were disappointed. 2 out of the 3 sofas were extremely worn & not comfortable. As far as kitchen items, it was very poor. There was 1 small pot (2-cup size) & a huge pot 2-3 gallon size. It was not a well stocked kitchen at all. The only "good" bed was the queen size bed. There was also only 1 working TV out of 2. We paid @ 300.00 a night, so we were diappointed, the units are older ones. This simple unit is located in Fraser. It has great views of the river! There are 3 bedrooms, a loft, and 2 bathrooms. There are two queen beds, two twin beds, and two queen beds from pull out couches. This unit has a full kitchen, a nice gas fireplace, a washer and dryer, and a deck with plenty more views. When staying at this property as our guest, one has full access to the clubhouse. The clubhouse has a large game room with arcades, two hot tubs, and wireless internet access.
CHECK IN LOCATION- Our office is located on highway 40 in downtown Winter Park. The physical address is 78884 US Highway 40. We are located next to and to the left of the 7-11 convenience store and gas station. Our check in location is on the first floor of the Allegiant Management office, a 3 story building with a clock on the tower.
