To celebrate Winter Park Resort's 70th anniversary, we're offering '70s lodging rates during the month of January - $70 NET rate per bedroom! Any condo or townhome in the town of Winter Park or Fraser. Excludes homes and base area properties.
Restrictions: 2 nt min. New reservations only. Limited space available. Excludes home and base area properties. Book by 1/15, 5 pm MST. Count lofts and dens as bedrooms; everything but living room sofa sleepers.

We now make it so easy to check availability for your clients. Just CLICK HERE to check availability or to book an online reservation. Of note, until we have TravelLink installed for tour operators to utilize their own username and password, please just make a note of your company and name in the Special Requests/Comments field when making an online booking, and the guest service coordinators will make the necessary adjustments to the booking to ensure you receive your commission.

Winter, Fall, Spring or Summer - pick your time of the year and we will be glad to set up lodging, activities and site tours for you and your agents. Seeing is believing!
VACATION RENTAL CATALOGS
If you'd be interested in receiving a CD containing photos, descriptions and amenities for each of our properties, please let us know. We can also send versions of the catalog that are printed and bound if your agents would prefer to have a hard copy at their desks.
PHOTOS
We are nearing completion of getting new unit photography by a professional photographer. If you have select properties of ours you'd like new images of, please let us know.
