We have a number of homeowners that are ever-so-grateful that we take care of their residence when they can not visit it regularly.  Pre-arrival set up, monthly maintenance checks, security checks, housekeeping services, heat & pipe inspections during sub-zero weather, etc.

We have 3 tiered options for security checks and walk-throughs.  We would also be pleased to customize a property care package that works best for you and your budget.  Of note, some insurance companies offer a discount on your homeowner's policy when you utilize a professional management company to safeguard your property while you're away.
