Cancellations
Traveler’s insurance is highly recommended to cover documental unforeseen circumstances. Reservations cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable. Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Reservations cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival will be subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee. Reserved accommodations not used due to late arrival, early departure or "No Show" are not refundable. The deposits will be held in an interest bearing account; accrued interest will remain property of Allegiant Management, LLC/Alpine Resort Properties, LLC.

We’re located just 67 miles from Denver. Take Interstate 70 west to Exit #232, then U.S. Hwy. 40 over Berthoud Pass into Winter Park. Allegiant Management, LLC. Allegiant Management is located one block past the first traffic light

Check-out
Required by 10:00 am. On occasion late check-outs are available; call for the fee schedule. We request that upon check-out the dishes are loaded and running in the dishwasher, trash is taken out and the keys, parking permits and garage door openers are brought back to the front desk.

Deposits
Two nights lodging is due at the time of booking. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival, and 45 days prior to arrival during Holiday time period. Other add-ons, such as lift tickets and other activities, may have unique deposit and cancellation requirements.
Security Deposits for Private Homes
You are renting a private mountain home from Alpine Resort Properties which requires a $55.00 non-refundable security deposit. This security deposit may be paid by credit card, check or money order 30 days prior to your arrival. All deposits are held in interest bearing accounts and interest is retained by Allegiant Management, LLC. *Note: Guests staying at homes located in the Elk Run Subdivision--
House on Elk Trail, House at Moose Crossing, or the Dakota house must pay the non refundable $55.00 security deposit and also a refundable $500.00 security deposit. The $500.00 refundable security deposit will be refunded in the form of a check 30-60 days post departure.

Housekeeping
Your home or condominium will be fully stocked with towels, linens, paper products, dish and bar soaps. All stays of 7 or more nights will receive a mid-week service including new linens and towels. All Premier Properties will have a daily trash and towel service. Zephyr Mountain Lodge will receive every other day towel service. We have a variety of housekeeping arrangements available for purchase with a 24 hour notice.

Business & Internet Service
Some of our properties have dataport phones while others may not. Our front desk will be happy to send and accept faxes for a small fee. Internet service is available; however, we suggest you contact your Internet Service Provider for a local access number prior to arrival.

Maximum Occupancy
Condominiums, Townhomes and Homes: Each bedroom will sleep 2 people. If needed 2 more people on the sofa sleeper in living room.
1 bdrm sleeps 2-4 People
2 bdrm sleeps 4-6 People
3 bdrm sleeps 6-8 People
4 bdrm sleeps 10 people
Lodge Rooms sleep 1-3 people
More than maximum occupancy will NOT! be allowed.

Minimum Nights
There is at least a two night minimum on all properties, with the exception of our homes which carry a three to five night minimum. Nightly minimums will vary depending on season. In the exception that a one night stay is granted, special surcharges will be applied.

Pets
Most of our properties do not allow pets. Only those properties designated as "pet-friendly" will allow pets, and a nonrefundable fee of $55.00 will be required for these properties. Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine and additional cleaning costs.

What to Bring
Coffee filters (Mr. Coffee style) and spices are not provided. Remember, summer and winter, our weather changes drastically and frequently; we recommend you bring clothing to dress in layers.
