Property Description: This ski-in/ski-out property, built in 1999, is located at the base of the Winter Park Ski Area. It is just 50 steps to the chairlift that takes skiers and riders to the top of the Winter Park mountain. It can't get any more convenient than this! The Riverside building and the Slopeside building house, one, two and three bedroom sized, upscale condominiums; beautifully furnished, with fully-equipped kitchens, hair dryers in most bathrooms, irons and ironing boards, and entry ways with benches and coat hooks. After a day of fun-filled activities you can nestle in front of the gas fireplace in the comfortable living area, with digital cable TV with DVD or VCR in wooden armoires. Units also include: televisions in most bedrooms, dataport telephones, hi-speed internet access, majority of rooms with balconies that have views of the Continental Divide or the ski slopes. The 3 bedroom/3 bath unit has an in-room stackable washer and dryer, jacuzzi tub in the oversized master bathroom and a steam shower in a second bathroom. Each unit has a ski locker conveniently located on the first level. One parking place per unit. Groups welcome!

Parking Pass Parking Pass: All condos at Zephyr Mountain Lodge will receive ONE parking pass per unit. This will allow one car to park in the parking garage at Zephyr Mountain Lodge. All other automobiles will be required to park in overflow parking located across the street.

Reservations: Reservation Fee: There is a 5% reservation fee for all reservations.
Deposits: An initial deposit of two nights lodging is due at the time of booking. Additional elements of your vacation i.e. lift tickets, transfers, etc. may have other requirements. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations: Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit in full all monies received. Cancellations received 59-31 days prior to arrival will forfeit the initial deposit. Cancellations of more than 60 days prior to arrival will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
Tax and Surcharges: All rates are per night. Tax of 14% is not included. Dates, rates, and tax are subject to change without notice. Minimum night stays are required.
Pets: Only those properties designated as "pet-friendly" will allow pets of any kind. pet-friendly properties will require at non-refundable $55.00 security deposit.  Please respect our homeowners and associations' "no pet" policies and consider future guests who have allergies. Pets must not be left alone on the property and must be picked up after. Any violation of pet policies will result in a minimum of $250 fee plus any additional cleaning cost and/or damage repair cost. We are required to strict adherence of these policies. This property is not a "pet-friendly" property.
