GUEST RATING click to view The accomadations were wonderful, great views of the surrounding valley. Climbing to the 3rd floor with groceries and golf clubs was a bit of a drag. Once inside the unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and it is a great location, close to the golf courses and a short drive to excellent restaurants. Beautiful, updated, home.I wished that the building had an elevator. We were on the third floor and I just assumed that there was one (it is the law in Kansas that you have an elevator for handicapped access). It got a little warm during the day and I was surprised that there was no air conditioner, but it did cool down in the evening and the fan in the master bedroom was a plus! Overall, great place to stay for the money! The staff during check in were great! We had drove all night and were extremely tired and they asked the housekeeping to finish our place so we could get our room eariler. Wonderful! Beautiful, modern, clean, comfy condo.We would rent again! We were so happy with this updated condo. Most comfortable beds ever!! Outstanding CondoWe had a "Wonderful" Time at SolVista in March for Spring Break. The Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. The only sugesstion would be a gas grill for the Patio. Excellent accommodations, excellent ratesOur family was looking to get away during the last week of August, just before school started. Alpine Properties had a wide variety of rental options. We chose to stay at the Lodge at Ten Mile in Granby, CO. The lodging was superb in the sleepy mountain town and we had near perfect access to Winter Park and Rocky Mountain National Park. There were no hidden fees and the staff at Alpine was very helpful. Our whole family, teenagers and all, were thrilled with our trip and would do it again in a heartbeat.
