GUEST RATING click to view Place was OK but limited covered parking and took a very long time (over 30 minutes) to check-in. Disorganized front desk. Bar/Restaurant was excellent with great staff and good band on weekends Nice facilityMy stay was very pleasant. I wish the bar or restaurant was open. This was the only negative impact during my stay. Location, Location, Location!Ski-in, ski-out...great! Condo very clean and well-appointed. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Heated parking very convenient. Great ExperienceWe visited in October,which is the off season and everything was very well kept and in order. I would visit again in the summer or winter as it is perfect for a nice summer getaway with the pool and near by hikes and a great location to say near the slopes in winter. CHECK IN LOCATION- Our office is located on highway 40 in downtown Winter Park. The physical address is 78884 US Highway 40. We are located next to and to the left of the 7-11 convenience store and gas station. Our check in location is on the first floor of the Allegiant Management office, a 3 story building with a clock on the tower.
