I'd like to take a moment to introduce myself to you.  My name is Melisa LaFon, and I am your representative at Allegiant Management, LLC.  As the home owner liason, I am here to represent you and your residence, whether you...

• Have a residence currently on our nightly rental program
• Currently have a residence on our residential care program
• Are a first-time second home owner
• Or are considering a new property management company

Why Allegiant?

If you are not already familiar with Allegiant Management, LLC we offer very unique, customized options for you as an owner.  I welcome the opportunity to visit with you individually, whether in person or by phone, so that I can better understand your needs and expectations, and in turn can assist you with matching our services appropriately.  My scheduled hours are Tuesdays through Saturdays, 8 am - 5 pm, but quite often I am off-site.  If at all possible, contact me prior to your visit so that I can schedule the necessary time for you. 

If you are a current owner, I'd like to reiterate that I am here to assist you.  Whether you have a question/concern/input about your statement, rental contract, maintenance or housekeeping, please don't hesitate to contact me.
