Our family stayed here for two nights in January. Since there are four of us, we utilized the sofa sleeper in addition to the 1 bedroom. My husband and son both agreed that the sofa sleeper was uncomfortable to sleep on, and we all agreed, to sit on as well. My only other complaint was that the pillows were very old and flat. Bring your own if you can! Other than that, we really enjoyed the fireplace and having access to two bathrooms. The condo was very clean and stocked up with kitchen appliances, dishes, etc. The location was GREAT, the shuttle bus runs right past the front of the condo and it was very quiet! There is a Safeway store in Fraser, just down the road about 2 or 3 miles.

This place was OK. Winter Park in general does not have much quality lodging for the price. This condo definitely dates back to the 70's and could use an update. The buildings are cheaply built. The clubhouse is nice and you can get wireless internet at the clubhouse. Checkout time is way too early at 10 a.m. This company should hire enough cleaning staff to allow for a later checkout time. Also, with Alpine Resort Properties you can only book a one night stay in their properties if you are willing to pay an exorbitant cleaning fee. I am not very likely to book through this property management company again.

Adequate Place / Good Value / No Frills

My Jesse Jackon Review: Adequate, clean accommodations. No frills. Kitchenware thin, condo warm within. 1980's decor, but room to sleep 4. A bit too far to the hot tub, but at least they got one. Pool was warm and clean, internet on the side of lean. Next time I come to stay here... I'll probable try Fraser.
