Group Policies

We love groups!!!

Below are some details in terms of what qualifies as a group, our deposit and cancellation policies, etc.

 

Group Rates

A minimum of four (4) units must be booked in order to qualify for group rates.

 

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due 14 days after the booking date. One half of the remaining lodging balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Final payment for lodging and additional services booked through Alpine Resort Properties is due 30 days prior to arrival. Please adhere to the deposit amounts that are stated in your individual group contract.

 

Damage Deposit

A credit card will be be authorized for a damage deposit at the time of check-in for a group. Damage forms are provided to the group leader at check-in and any noticeable damage must be reported to the Damage Report Phone Line or guest services by the morning after arrival. Any damages incurred by the group will be notified after departure and charges will be processed on the credit card provided at check-in, unless other means of payment are provided.

 

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 60 days before arrival date, group will forfeit the 1st deposit. Prior to 30 days before arrival date, group will forfeit the 1st and 2nd deposits. Within 30 days of arrival, group will forfeit all monies received.

 

Dropped Units

Units can be dropped 60 days prior to arrival without penalty. Units dropped within 31-59 days of arrival will be charged $100 cancellation penalty per unit dropped. Units dropped within 30 days of arrival will forfeit all monies paid/due according to the most recent contract addendum.
