In fact, most of our Guest Services Staff are either parents or aunts and uncles, so we "get" kids. The minute you walk into our check-in location at the Clock Tower, you'll see right away that we're kid-friendly.

To help with your search for the perfect Winter Park kid-friendly lodging, we'd like to recommend some favorites from our accommodation selection.  For starters, here are the properties with swimming pools & hot tubs, which are necessities for many families during vacations:

Snowblaze Condominiums

Great downtown location just a few blocks walking distance to restaurants, shopping and an outdoor skating rink and fire pit!  All the condominiums are just a very short walk to the Clubhouse where the amenities include an indoor swimming pool, and both an indoor and an outdoor hot tub which everyone enjoys!  And teens and young adults appreciate the weight room, exercise room and racquetball/basketball court.  Property is on the free shuttle route.

MeadowRidge Resort

Best amenities around! Families enjoy the outdoor swimming pool (and yes, it's heated!), 2 larger outdoor hot tubs, weight room, racquetball/basketball court, ski shop on-site for convenience, tennis courts (summer only), and massage therapist available if your kids should stress you out.  Property is on the free shuttle route.

Silverado II

This property has the best resort feel, with everything under one roof so you can rest easy knowing the kids aren't far! Indoor pool and 2 hot tubs, game room, exercise room, ski shop on-site, underground parking and on the free shuttle route.

Can't beat the convenience while your family is skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park Resort when you stay at Zephyr Mountain.  These condos are true ski-in/ski-out as you are 50 feet from the Zephyr Express Chairlift and the closest property to the Winter Park Ski & Ride School.  Common area hot tubs are great for watching skiers. With fully-equipped kitchens, families save money by taking a break while on the slopes to stop into their condo for lunch.

For the perfect family getaway where you are truly aware from it all!  This home sits on 40 acres of forest, and you'll enjoy the open living, dining and kitchen area for gathering.  Also, the pool table in the loft and hot tub are a highlight for the young and not-so-young.  There's even a secret sleeping room for a youngster.

Dakota House

Kids will immediately love this home because of the wolf carvings in the log, stair railings!  The "bunk bed room" holds 2 sets of bunk beds, allowing all the kids to crash together, and the room is tucked far away from the other rooms so they can be as noisy as they want.  Families love the outdoor hot tub and being on the free shuttle route (winter only) for convenience.
