Catering

When looking for premium catering for your next Winter Park, Colorado conference or group event, The Bistro at Iron Horse Resort is available for all of your conference needs.

The restaurant is available for special events and can seat up to 40 guests. There are four private banquet rooms and two outdoor decks for poolside dining. The largest banquet room, the Arlberg, can accomodate groups up to 120 guests. Vegetarian and special needs options available.

The Arlberg Room
The Arlberg Room totals 1,807 square feet of space. The room dimensions are 44' x 38' and can sit 120 maximum, banquet style. Theater style can fit up to 130 guests and classroom style 90 guests. An attached outdoor deck overlooks the pool and hot tubs, as well as, a view of the continental divide. This room is located on the second floor of C-Building.

The Rollins Room
The Rollins Room totals 800 square feet of space. The room dimensions are 20' x 40' and can sit 60 maximum, banquet style. Theater style can fit up to 50 guests and classroom style 35 guests. This room is located on the first floor of C-Building and is adjacent to the Fitness Center.

The Moffat Room
The Moffat Room totals 800 square feet of space. The room dimensions are 20' x 40' and can sit 60 maximum, banquet style. Theater style can fit up to 50 guests and classroom style 35 guests. This room is located on the first floor of C-Building and is adjacent to the Fitness Center.

  • Gazebo, Sundeck & Poolside areas are available in the summer months for outdoor meals, theme parties & receptions.
