One floor up on elevator to ski locker room (lockers hold 3 sets of skis and boots)and lounge. 30 yards from locker room to lift line Take elevator to condo (Valley or mountain views) Very nice condo with 2 bedrooms + 2 baths, full kitchen, gas fireplace. One mile from grocery store Only drawback was difficulty with temperature control. Living room & Kitchen very warm (unless deck door opened) and bedrooms cold. So nice, we may buy one!We had the best time staying at Base Camp One! The two-bedroom condo was brand new and you can't beat the ski-in/ski-out location and the short lift lines! The sledding hill was great for our 4-year old and we couldn't believe how many sleds they had around for guests to borrow (most other resorts would probably charge a fee to use them!). The atomosphere was wonderful and everyone was so friendly. We enjoyed it so much we are considering buying a place. It is definitely a great place for families. Minor negatives: There was no internet in the room and one of the kitchen pots was dirty. quiet, clean, comfortable, and the perfect locationWe had a wonderful stay at Base Camp. Check in and out was simple. The parking garage is heated and clean. The only challenge was using the combination locker for the ski equipment.
