About Our Sales & Guest Services Staff
Check out the incredibly talented and awesome Kyle Manning Reservations & Guest Services Supervisor  Kyle was born in Grand County - actually one of the last babies to be delivered at Kremmling Memorial Hospital, and nearly in the parking lot (from what he's been told)! He started skiing when he was 3 years old and cannot remember his first time skiing, but can only remember skiing. He is one of the few true Grand County natives. The only time he hasn't lived here is when he was in college in Gunnison, CO at Western State where he double majored in and received a BA in Accounting and Business Administration. He hung out in Crested Butte for 2 years after graduation to ski. (Lucky bum.) Now lives close to his family so he can ski one of his favorite resorts, Mary Jane. He has worked at the Iron Horse Resort for the past 3 years in Housekeeping, Maintenance, Accounting and Front Desk, so he's of course very knowledgeable.
Favorite Fido: Rosco P. Coltrane (like the Dukes of Hazard) Scott Sutcliffe Director of Sales & Marketing  Scott's extensive sales experience ranges from hotels to the airlines working for Westin Hotels, Cendant Corporation and United Airlines. He handles our international tour operator partners. When he's not working, you'll find him on the hill coaching the Park Sharks (10 yr olds) - and he hasn't lost anyone yet, but starting to turn a little gray!
Favorite Fidos: 2 mutts named Jake and Marley (well, Marley's not like the adorable lab, but rather a pit bull)

 Debbie's a native of Grand County, growing up in the Fraser Valley and graduating High School in Granby. She has returned to Alpine Resort Properties after a 6 month hiatus. Debbie is excited about being a part of the "1st floor" team and learning her new role. Debbie looks forward to meeting each homeowner, and is excited to be working with them as well. Favorite Pet: In reality, Debbie is a cat lover and has 4 lovely felines: Soffie, Terrie, Cherrie, and Orion, that think they rule the universe. Family: has 2 wonderful children and has many family members in the Fraser Valley. Pet Peeve: chasing after a ping pong ball. She oversees everything operation oriented about our rental business - housekeeping, maintenance, reservations, front desk and guest services. Shannon has 10 years of experience in guest services and associations. Shannon also has local experience as an owner/operator of a restaurant and bar, but we're assured she won't return to that world as she is passionate about this company.  Favorite Fido: Marley the lovable mutt Family: Shannon's last getaway rekindled her love with a cruise to Alaska with her husband, and has two awesome kids, Gabe (7 years) and "Hoppy Holly" (5 years). She too is trying to figure out a better work/life balance so as to spend more time with her family. (Tips welcome!)

Genny has worked for Alpine Resort Properties for 7 years, and has done everything from grounds, maintenance, housekeeping to front desk. We love not only that she likes taking on new projects, but that she's assisting us with the reservation and guest service phone lines. She's the reason our guests and clients can get help if needed on Sundays!  Favorite Fido: Kylie girl is a 2 year old Chihuahua who had her first litter of puppies (Halloween '09).Family: All of her family lives here in Colorado, and her fiancee lives in Mexico. She loves to spend as much time with them as she can. Pet Peeve: Genny can't tolerate people who take advantage of others to get what they want. We proudly display all our younger guests' Papa Al colorings in our lobby for all to admire. Papa Al loves to cross country ski, go snowmobiling, join in on parades and hang out in our condos. Favorite Fido: Any guest pets that don't chew on his big hooves at check-in! Family: Although Papa Al is currently single, he has multiplied numerous times...
